A consultant who recently left Delaware Funds has resurfaced at Vanguard Group, taking on a position in institutional sales.

Philadelphia-based Todd Wallace, a former advisor consultant with Macquarie Investment Management's Delaware, moved on from his position of four years this month. He was ranked #3 out of 42 among the company's top salesmen for 2015 and 2016, and oversaw the sale of more than $300 million in mutual fund and separately managed account assets.

Spokespeople from Vanguard and Macquarie did not respond to requests for comment.

An alumnus of Indiana University Bloomington and Indiana Wesleyan University, Wallace holds a BS in public affairs management and an MBA in business administration.
