Moninger Brings a Top RidgeWorth Alum to Eaton Vance

Reported by Neil Anderson, Managing Editor

A top RidgeWorth sales veteran is joining Eaton Vance [profile].

Today Philadelphia-based Bob Kuberski started with Boston-based Eaton Vance as eastern division chief in the independent channel, reporting to national sales director Jim Durocher. Kuberski served as managing director and head of retail sales at RidgeWorth before Virtus bought RidgeWorth in June.

John Moninger, senior vice president and director of retail sales at Eaton Vance, confirms that Kuberski's hiring follows "a few changes" they made in May that "dechannelized a couple of markets." Moninger says he's "super-excited" to bring on Kuberski, who brings "a tremendous amount of experience," to extend Eaton Vance's recent success in the independent channel.

An alumnus of the U.S. Naval Academy and of the NFL's Green Bay Packers, Kuberski spent six and a half years at RidgeWorth. Prior to that he worked as an Invesco wholesaler and as an FA at Morgan Stanley.
