Sub-Advisors
On August 18,
MFS replaced BlackRock as the sub-advisor to the
Brighthouse Funds Trust II. On September 1, the trust will become the
MFS Value Portfolio II and will continue to refer to the funds within it as
BlackRock funds until further notification of changes. The portfolio holds the
BlackRock Large Cap Value Fund.
On October 27,
Wellington Management will
replace William Blair Investment Management as the sub-advisor for
Northwestern Mutuals' Mid Cap Growth Stock Fund and
Large Cap Core Stock Fund.

Fund Updates
On August 18,
Transamerica Financial replaced some of current variable investment options due to an order given by the
SEC. The new investment options are held by
Bank of America Merrill Lynch. The replacements are as followed:
- AllianzGI NFJ Mid-Cap Value Fund was replaced with Transamerica JPMorgan Mid Cap Value VP
- American Century Equity Income Fund was replaced with Transamerica Barrow Hanley Dividend Focused VP
- American Century Ultra Fund was replaced with Transamerica Jennison Growth VP
- Columbia Acorn USA Fund was replaced with Transamerica T. Rowe Price Small Cap VP
- Columbia Acorn International was replaced with Transamerica MFS International Equity VP
- Pioneer Emerging Markets Fund was replaced with Transamerica TS&W International Equity VP
- Templeton Foreign Fund was replaced with Transamerica MFS International Equity VP
- Columbia Large Cap Growth Fund V was replaced with Transamerica WMC US Growth VP
On August 18,
iShares MSCI Australia ETF,
iShares MSCI Eurozone ETF, iShares MSCI France ETF, iShares MSCI Germany ETF, iShares MSCI Japan ETF, and
iShares MSCI United Kingdom ETF, were
added as eligible underlying funds for the
BlackRock LifePath Dynamic Funds.

Liquidation
On September 8, the
Turner Funds Trust will
liquidate.

Fees
On August 18, the
J.P. Morgan Trust I, II, and III allowed waivers for their class A shares to be applicable by investors who purchase their funds through
LPL Financial.
On September 18, the maximum initial sales charge will be
lowered to 2.5 percent for each
InvestEd portfolio. The minimum initial investment also be lowered to $250 for each existing portfolio.
On November 1, the following
J.P. Morgan funds will
waive their fees and expenses for their Class A, C, and I shares:
- JPMorgan Emerging Economies Fund
- JPMorgan Emerging Markets Equity Fund
- JPMorgan Global Unconstrained Equity Fund
- JPMorgan International Equity Fund
- JPMorgan International Equity Income Fund
- JPMorgan International Unconstrained Equity Fund
- JPMorgan International Value Fund
- JPMorgan Intrepid European Fund
- JPMorgan Intrepid International Fund
