A 16-year company veteran is saying goodbye to Allianz Global Investors [profile].

Ray Resseque is moving on from Allianz, a company spokeswoman confirms. Resseque had served as senior managed accounts operations manager. He reported to Joe Quirk, managing director and head of operations in the U.S.

The spokeswoman confirms that some of Resseque's responsibilities were assumed by other Allianz employees.

Resseque first joined Allianz in 2000. An alumnus of both Queens College and Adelphi University, he previously worked at Dreyfus and Oppenheimer Capital.
