In a recent regulatory filing
, the Boston-based, publicly-traded mutual fund shop confirms that the board of the $17-million Eaton Vance Bond Fund II
has approved a plan to liquidate the fund on April 21 or thereabouts. The fund launched 15 months ago, in November 2014.
The fund "has a limited number of accounts and assets," Eaton Vance spokeswoman Robyn Tice tells MFWire
