Another PM just joined the ranks running a giant
Delaware Investments [

| Adam Brown Delaware Investments Senior Vice President, PM | |
Effective November 27, senior vice president
Adam Brown was
added to the PM team for the
$5.3-billion, three-star Delaware Diversified Income Fund.
Daniela Palmieri, a spokeswoman for Delaware, explained the move:
Delaware Diversified Income Fund includes multi-sector accounts including bank loans. With the increase in bank loan exposure to the portfolio over the past several years, Adam Brown, who manages bank loan portfolios for the firm was added to the team. Brown joined Delaware Investments in April 2011 and is a senior portfolio manager on the firm's taxable fixed income team. In addition to the bank loan portfolios, Brown is a co-portfolio manager for the high yield portfolios.
An alumnus of the University of Florida and of Tulane, Brown joined Macquarie Four Corners Capital Management in 2002. At the beginning of 2010 the
Macquarie Group bought Delaware from Lincoln, and by 2011 Brown had joined Delaware thanks to Macquarie Four Corners being merged into Delaware.
The 18-year-old fund has eight PMs in total. Beyond Brown, the other seven are:
Paul Grillo, senior vice president and co-chief investment officer of the total return fixed income strategy (who started PMing the fund in 2001);
Roger Early, managing director, head of fixed income investments, executive vice president, and co-chief investment officer of the total return fixed income strategy (on since 2007);
Wen-Dar Chen, VP and PM of international debt (on since 2007);
David Hillmeyer, SVP and senior PM (on since 2011);
Steven Landis, VP and senior PM of emerging markets debt (on since 2013);
Christopher Testa, SVP and senior PM (on since 2014); and
Brian McDonnell, SVP, trader, and senior PM of senior structure product analysts (on since earlier this year).
