Munder [profile] and Victory [profile] have combined.

On Friday Cleveland, Ohio-based Victory Capital Management confirmed the close of its acquisition of Munder Capital Management (and Munder subsidiary Integrity Asset Management). The deal was unveiled in April.

Prior to the merger, private equity shop Crestview Partners backed both Victory and Munder. As of Friday, Victory and its "nine autonomous investment management franchises" have about $36 billion in assets under management.

Victory confirms that senior executives and PMs from all three shops (Integrity, Munder and Victory) "are significant investors" in Victory Capital Holdings.
