Michael DiMarsico, former head of quantitative due diligence for Merrill Lynch has joined Federated Investors, where he will serve as a senior vice president.

DiMarsico held a number of positions at Mother Merrill. Before serving as quant due diligence head, a position he held for a little over two years, he had served as head of institutional investment strategy, and before that, director of investments.
