Newfound Research has bumped up its brain trust with two senior level hires.
The first hire was that of
Andrew Gogerty to the position of vice president of investment strategies. Gogerty was previously the ETF managed portfolio strategist for
Morningstar Research, where he reportedly developed the firm's research framework for ETF managed portfolios.
In his new role, Gogerty will "serve as a conduit for Newfound’s investment team and the business development, sales and marketing teams, focusing on research, product development, thought leadership and education," according to the company.
This week, Newfound hired
Paula Boyd to serve as senior vice president of sales and marketing.
According to a company statement, Boyd was an original member of the sales team for the RIA custody business for
Charles Schwab. After leaving Schwab in 1996, Boyd served fifteen years as a business development expert for
Navellier & Associates
Newfound hired
John Mannix to serve as executive vice president for sales in October.
