Invesco [profile] PowerShares' has named Dan Draper its global head of ETFs, who began in his role on September 16, IndexUniverse's Olly Ludwig writes. He headed Credit Suisse's European ETF operation before it was purchased by BlackRock earlier this year, Ludwig writes.
