Wilbanks, Smith & Thomas Asset Management is preparing to launch a mutual fund. On September 10 the Norfolk, Virginia-based shop filed to create the WST Asset Manager - U.S. Equity Fund sometime this year. The fund's institutional shares will cost 75 basis points in management fees, while its investor shares will also include 25 bps of 12b-1s. [SEC Filing].
