Wilmington Replaces a Sub-Advisor

Effective yesterday, Rock Maple Services no longer sub-advises the [Wilmington Rock Maple Alternatives Fund [profile]. The fund is now sub-advised by Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors and has been rebranded as the Wilmington Multi-Manager Alternatives Fund. [SEC filing].
