Neuberger Berman [profile] has filed a supplement detailing important changes surrounding the Neuberger Berman Absolute Return Multi-Manager Fund. Neuberger Berman and the fund have had an exemptive order from the SEC that allows them to engage additional unaffiliated subadvisers and enter subadvisory agreements with only approval from the board.
