The board of trustees of the AST recently approved replacing Marsico Capital Management [profile] as sole sub-advisor to the AST Marsico Capital Growth Portfolio, hiring Loomis, Sayles & Company [profile] and changing the name of the mutual fund to the AST Loomis Sayles Large-Cap Growth Portfolio. These changes are effective on or about July 15, 2013. [SEC Filing].
