, said investors should stop targeting their bond funds to duration now that interest rates are set to rise at the end of the year, MarketWatch

, Fink said equities would perform better than fixed income, a typical BlackRock stance, but noted that unconstrained bond funds would perform better as rates rise, the first major comment Fink has made on interest rates in a while.
