The Philadelphia-based Resource America has launched a real estate mutual fund, Resource Real Estate Diversified Income Fund, which is helmed by Scott Crowe, a real estate PM for Cohen & Steers, according to Philly.com.

According to the paper, Resource is run by real estate investor Jonathan Cohen, who is the son of energy investor and financier Edward Cohen, and banker Betsy Zubrow Cohen, who founded both former Jefferson Bank and Bancorp Bank.
