Gemini Fund Services recently announced the appointment of a new CEO and a new president. Kevin Wolf succeeds Andrew Rogers as president of the firm, while Rogers has been named CEO, according to a company press release.
Rogers will focus on new business development. Wolf, who had previously served as executive vice president, will work on Gemini’s operations in various fields, such as fund accounting, fund administration, tax and compliance, and legal administration.
Regarding these promotions, a Gemini spokeswoman told MFWire that "there previously wasn't a CEO position. No senior management has left."
The press release announced a number of other promotions within the Gemini management team. Kara Baird, Jim Colantino, Michael McDermott, Wendy Wang, James Ash, Chris Baird, Susan Hansen, and Larie Lydic were all promoted. These are all internal appointments, a Gemini spokeswoman said.

HAUPPAUGE, N.Y. – July 31, 2012 – Gemini Fund Services, LLC (Gemini),

management promotions as well as the relocation of its two offices.
These developments will allow Gemini to continue its growth
trajectory, and provide a great opportunity for leveraging additional
expertise within the organization to aid advisors in bringing
investment products to market.
Andrew Rogers has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Kevin
Wolf has been named President. The promotions became effective in the
second quarter of 2012. Mr. Rogers, who previously served as
President, will continue to lead the company, with a major focus of
his efforts on new business development. Mr. Wolf, who previously
served as Executive Vice President will oversee Gemini’s operations in
the areas of fund accounting, fund administration, legal
administration, tax and compliance, technology and transfer agency.
Gemini’s growth has also led to relocating its offices in Hauppauge,
N.Y., and Omaha, Neb., to more spacious quarters. As of October 1,
2012, Gemini’s new headquarters, which will also house subsidiaries
Northern Lights Compliance Services, LLC and Gemcom, LLC, will be at
80 Arkay Drive in Hauppauge. Meanwhile, effective August 1, 2012,
Northern Lights Distributors, LLC and Gemini’s transfer agency
department will move to 17605 Wright Street in Omaha.
