Writing of
Putnam [
profile], CEO
Bob Reynolds saw his name appear in the weekend papers in a couple places. The mentions come as Reynolds is
calling for
Social Security reform to be made a
top agenda item in the nation's political debate.
Reynolds is
co-chairing West Virginia University's "most ambitious fundraising campaign ever" that has a goal of raising $750 million in private donations by December 2015,
reports the Associated Press. Reynolds is a West Virginia alum.
Meanwhile, Reynolds also made time for the Celtics-Heat Game 4 Eastern Conference Finals match-up in Boston. The Putnam "cheese" was one of a flock of Boston celebs sighted by the
Boston Herald at halftime.
Earlier in May, Reynolds
picked up a mentoring award from the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts.
