The mutual fund industry's boldface names turned out last night for
Strategic Insight's 25th anniversary bash at New York City's Chelsea Piers. The gala dinner at The Lighthouse honored the 60 visionaries of the modern mutual fund industry.

The event attracted about 400 attendees.

Dawn-Marie Driscoll, independent trustee of DWS Funds; and
Carl Frischling of Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel.
The final honoree of the evening was
Joel Rosenthal, who co-founded Strategic Insight with
Avi Nachmany. Rosenthal flew in from Australia, where he is currently based.

Guests began arriving at 6:00 p.m. for the cocktail reception, which was followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. Nachmany kicked off the program by narrating the beginnings of Strategic Insight and the decision to celebrate the company's silver anniversary by turning the spotlight on the industry's visionary figures.
ICI's Stevens gave the keynote address. Empirical Partners' Goldstein also spoke prior to the award ceremony.
