In today's Wall Street Journal Fund Track, John Spence picks up on the launch earlier this month of five equal-weighted ETFs from Rydex SGI. The rollout raises the total number of equal-weighted ETFs in Rydex SGI's menu to 15.

"We view equal-weighted ETFs as a complement to market-cap weighting," Rydex SGI CEO Rich Goldman told Spence.
