Rydex SGI is looking to take advantage of the investors' appetites for emerging markets with a slew of new ETFs. The firm has filed with the
Securities and Exchange Commission for 19 new ETFs focused on the U.S., global and emerging markets using mostly
Russell indexes. [

Rydex's [
see profile] planned funds track a wide spectrum of Russell indexes, including the broad market 3000, the small-cap 2000, the large-cap 1000 and the Russell Midcap index as well as global indexes.
Some of the ETF offerings and their annual expense ratios will include
Rydex Russell MidCap Equal Weight ETF, 55 basis points;
Rydex Russell Global 1000 Equal Weight ETF, 70 basis points and
Rydex MSCI EAFE Equal Weight ETF 70 basis points.
