that, according to Stephen Lewis
(chairman of the RiverSource
funds' board), Columbia parent Ameriprise
will say goodbye to Carlson and two other board members (out of 12), as a Columbia mutual fund board and a RiverSource one merge.
According to Reuters, Lewis will chair the combined RiverSource/Columbia mutual fund board and the former Columbia mutual fund chair will lead the combined board's governance committee.
