, a service targeting asset managers, consultants, and other professionals in the financial services world. This online platform provides clients an opportunity to gain access to the firm's proprietary database.
The product's features are as follows:
- an analytical tool to investigate thousands of discrete data point (including those not found in other Morningstar offerings), trailing total returns, standard deviation, tax efficiency, Morningstar Rating, Morningstar Style Box, sector weightings, fees, expenses, and other miscellaneous manager information.
- research and reports on industry trends by utilizing a searchable and exportable historical
database of performance, which includes customized time period calculations, investment style, and portfolio information such as complete holdings,stock statistics and regional exposure.
- a tool that can create blended benchmarks and user-defined peer groups among mutual
funds as well as reports reports based on rolling performance, peer group portfolio analysis, sectors, and portfolio summary.
