The socially conscious Citizens Funds have swapped managers, according to a filing with the SEC. The temporary winner of the $220 million, two-fund mandate is
State Street Global Advisors (SSgA).
The firm will replace
Clemente Capital, a unit of Wilmington Trust specializing in international equities. The filing revealed that the New Hampshire-based firm is still seeking a permanent sub-advisor to the funds.
A spokesperson from Citizens Funds was unable to comment by the time this story was published.
SSgA will take over as subadvisor to the $217 million Citizens Global Equity Fund and the $3.2 million Citizens International Growth Fund on an interim basis.
