NewRiver has launched a client service outsourcing option with a combination of telephone and online interactions called
WebCenter.
"[F]inancial service firms are looking for ways to bring new opportunities to market while at the same time seeking ways to professionally service their customer base," said NewRiver chief executive officer
Larry Renfro, explaining the product's target segment.
WebCenter is expected to integrate clients' Web and call center operations with e-routing and response, interactive chat sessions, site escort and callback capabilities.
The firm is located in Andover, Massachusetts.
