SEI has expanded its back-office deal with UAM, acquiring Boston-based fund complex's administration business.

"SEI was already the subadministrator for the UAM funds," said a UAM spokesperson. "This just formalizes things." Services will included financial and performance reporting, legal and business consulting, operations support, and compliance and tax services.

SEI has been providing fund accouting services to UAM since October 1999.
