Invesco Funds Group
announced the promotion of its national sales manager, Ray Cunningham
, to president and chief operating officer yesterday. Cunningham will be responsible for future growth strategies, in addition to holding his previous responsibilities as national sales manager.

, chairman and chief executive officer of Invesco Funds Group and chief executive officer of Amvescap's Managed Products Division.
Cunningham joined the Denver-based fund firm in 1999, with expectations of expanding the sales force effort and improving relationships with financial advisors in all distribution channels. Previously, he was a senior vice president with GT Global, and has held sales positions with American Capital and Massachusetts Financial Services. He is a graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Business.
Invesco Funds Group has approximately $37 billion in assets under management.
