as its new senior vice president of operations. Gunville will oversee the strategic management of its business operations, shareholder services and technologies departments.

Prior to Scudder, Gunville had been director of broker services at State Street Research and vice president of State Street's Service Center, where he started and built the firm's mutual fund operations, according to a Citizens Funds' press release.
