Baggenstoss comes to MAXfunds from Andersen Consulting's Consumer Relationship Management practice, where he consulted to a wide variety of financial services clients interested in developing rapidly scalable, customer-focused capabilities.

Prior to Andersen Consulting, Rick worked for the Liberty Mutual Group in Marketing Strategy in Boston and Atlanta. His main areas of expertise are eCommerce enabled strategies, customer segmentation, marketing and sales strategies, and call center operations.
