There has been some movement over at Cleveland, Ohio-based
Key Asset Management.
John B. Barth has been named managing director and institutional product manager for the Investment Products Group division, a spokesperson with the firm told InvestmentWires. He replaces
Diane Talbot, who has returned to her native Chicago where she is working as a consultant.
Prior to this move, Barth served as senior vice president and division manager of retirement services, state of Tennessee, for Nashville-based
SunTrust Bank. At Key, Barth will report to
Kathy Dennis, senior managing director.
"We take a consultative role with our clients by offering a broad base of employee benefit and related products and services. John's breadth of experience in employee benefit product development, sales and service is a tremendous asset and will help us in that endeavor," Dennis stated.
One of Barth's responsibilities will be in overseeing the retirement services offered institutional clients for everything from 401(k) plans to defined benefit plans.
Also on the move was
Mike Olah. He served as head of the consulting group at Key. Olah now hangs his hat at
Strong Funds. A Key spokesperson was not aware of a replacement for Olah, as yet.
