Delaware Investments continues to shuffle its executives roles, and still has not hired a chief executive officer. But it is trying to solidify the roles of its investment team, giving
Bill Dodge, the recently hired president of
Delaware Investment Advisers (DIA) the added role of chief investment officer of equity investments.
"We want to build around reaffirming the Delaware tradition of disciplined investing," Dodge said. "It's worked for 70 years and continues to work today. All we need to do is keep our eyes on the fundamentals of our business process to ensure another 70 years of successful investing."
Dodge was previously at
Marvin & Palmer Associates, Wilmington, DE, where he was president, director of marketing and senior portfolio manager. Prior to that, he was at
Dean Witter Reynolds, in New York, where he was chief investment strategist.
