Arthur Levitt, the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, announced the development of the "Mutual Fund Cost Calculator," a new Internet-based tool now offered by the SEC that enables investors to easily compare fund costs and assess their impact.
The new tool is available free on the
SEC website and allows investors a new resource to help investors understand how fees and expenses affect their investments and returns.
