The Calvert World Value International Equity Fund has adopted a multi-manager structure. The fund is managed by Calvert Asset Management Company, Thornburg Investment Management and Martin Currie Inc.

"Former Fund sub-advisor Acadian Asset Management will not play a role in this new portfolio management structure," according to an announcement posted on Calvert's Web site on December 17.

The fund's objective and benchmark remain the same.
