Fidelity Investments reopened its $714 million
International Small Cap Fund on Tuesday, according to an
SEC filing. The Boston Behemoth had closed the fund in May 2005.
Morningstar's
Fund Times column noted Friday that a year after its 2002 launch, the small-cap saw 80 percent returns, followed by an average of 29 percent returns in 2004 and 2005. It reached a high point of $2.3 billion AUM at the end of 2005.
