Federated Investors has wrapped up its acquisition of two Touchstone funds. Shareholders approved the reorganization of the $162.8 million Touchstone Value Opportunities Fund into the Federated Clover Value Fund and the $94.5 million Touchstone Diversified Small Cap Value Fund into the Federated Clover Small Value Fund.

The two Touchstone funds had been sub-advised by Clover Capital Management, which Federated acquired last year.
