Tuesday, September 1, 2009 Federated Completes the Final Touches on its Latest Deal Federated Investors has wrapped up its acquisition of two Touchstone funds. Shareholders approved the reorganization of the $162.8 million Touchstone Value Opportunities Fund into the Federated Clover Value Fund and the $94.5 million Touchstone Diversified Small Cap Value Fund into the Federated Clover Small Value Fund.
