Judge Rolls a Dozen Reserve Primary Suits into One

U.S. District Judge Paul Gardephe on Wednesday consolidated 12 lawsuits involving the Reserve Primary Fund and named Third Avenue Institutional International Value Fund LP as lead plaintiff, Reuters reports.
The Third Avenue fund's stake in the case "dwarfs" that of the other proposed lead plaintiffs, Gardephe said.
