Thursday, August 27, 2009 Judge Rolls a Dozen Reserve Primary Suits into One U.S. District Judge Paul Gardephe on Wednesday consolidated 12 lawsuits involving the Reserve Primary Fund and named Third Avenue Institutional International Value Fund LP as lead plaintiff, Reuters reports.
