News summary by MFWire's editors

DST Systems just named a new chief for its full-service transfer agency operations. A spokeswoman for the Kansas City, Missouri-based back office specialists confirmed that Robert Tritt, who currently oversees DST's mutual fund ASP services, now also leads its outsourced recordkeeping side, too. Tritt, who has been promoted to executive vice president, takes the reins of the full service unit from Jonathan Boehm, who now leads DST Health Solutions and Argus Health Systems.

Tritt's reach now extends to outsourced work DST does with 401(k)s (via the TRAC platform), mutual funds (via TA2000), REITs and more.

"The combination of these two business units will result in an even closer collaboration between developers and the operations staff they support," Tritt stated.

Tritt, who had served as a group vice president, reports to DST president and chief operating officer Stephen Hooley.
