Virtus' Distributor Rebrands

Virtus Investment Partners' broker-dealer unit, Phoenix Equity Planning Corp., will change it name to VP Distributors, according to Virtus' Web site.

The change comes after The Phoenix Cos. spun off Virtus, formerly Phoenix Investment Partners, at the end of last year.
