Company Press Release

MINNEAPOLIS, Nov 19, 2008 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The Oxford Private Client Group, one of the nation's top ranked equity management firms over the past six years, has launched a new open-ended mutual fund, The Oxford Global Total Return Fund.

The fund, managed by Bo Beckman, senior portfolio manager for Minneapolis-based Oxford Private Client Group, will mirror the strategy utilized in Oxford's high performing separately managed account. The Oxford Core Portfolio has outperformed the Standard & Poor's 500 index every year since 2002 and is well ahead of the index through the first 10 months of 2008.

"We have witnessed the emotional and financial impact that our global markets have had on investors, and we felt that this would be an ideal time to make our institutional strategies, which focus on capital preservation and low volatility, available to every investor," says Beckman.

"We've taken the strategies used by a top tier fund manager -- which has provided above average returns and historically low volatility -- and offered it in an investment that is readily accessible to individual investors," adds Thomas Richardson, COO of Oxford Global Partners. "This could not have come at a better time. Truly, we've turned the concept of bringing Wall Street to Main Street into a reality rather than a catchy slogan." Investing in The Oxford Global Total Return Fund involves certain risks, specifically management style risks, no history of mutual fund operations risks, equity market risks, issuer-specific risks, fixed income risks, foreign risks, currency trading risks, credit risks, ADR risks, sector risks, and leverage risks. This fund may not be suitable for all investors.

An investor should consider the investment objectives, risks, and expenses of the funds carefully before investing or sending money. The prospectus contains this and other information.
