The SEC will hold an open meeting Wednesday morning during which it will vote on a proposal that would require fund firms to provide investors with a summary prospectus "in plain English in a clear and concise format." The commission will also consider whether to adopt amendments to Form N 1A, including amendments that address ETFs. Click here to view the agenda.
