Company Press Release

NEW YORK, Nov 14, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- WisdomTree (Pink Sheets: WSDT), an industry leading index developer and exchange-traded fund (ETF) sponsor, today announced the addition of Jarrett Lilien, former E*TRADE FINANCIAL Acting CEO, President and Chief Operating Officer, to the Company's Board of Directors.

"Jarrett's financial services experience, combined with his proven vision and effectiveness as a results-oriented leader, make him an important addition to the Board," said Jonathan Steinberg, WisdomTree CEO. "He will play a key role in helping us execute our long-term business plan."

"WisdomTree has built an impressive brand, stellar management team and strong investment track record as an ETF sponsor and asset manager," said Mr. Lilien. Mr. Lilien joined E*TRADE FINANCIAL in August 1999 and became President and COO in March 2003.
