The Associated Press reported Friday afternoon that Fidelity and Vanguard were still thinking about whether they will join Treasury's guarantee program for money funds.

Some of the fund firms that have already revealed plans to participate include: BlackRock, Charles Schwab, Columbia Management, Dreyfus Funds<./b>, Evergreen Investments, JPMorgan, Federated Investors, Legg Mason, Neuberger Berman and Putnam Investments.
