Fidelity is in the hunt for a new head of human resources services. Patrick Goepel who previously held the position, left the company on Monday to pursue other opportunities, according to Fidelity spokesman Vin Loporchio.

Larry Renfro, president of developing businesses at Fidelity, has taken on the responsibilities of Goepel's position on an interim basis, Loporchio said.

Renfro recently joined Fidelity from AARP, where he was president and chief executive.
