, fetched quite a price when it was sold to U.K. media company Pearson
earlier this year.
In its annual report
for 2007, Pearson, which publishes the Financial Times
, disclosed it had acquired New York-based Money-Media for $64 million.
When the sale was first announced in early January, a source speculated that Money-Media could have sold for as much as as four times its $16.8 million in revenue.
