Andy Iseman,
Janus' chief operating officer, will leave the company on April 3, the Denver-based fund firm said in an
SEC filing on Monday afternoon. No word yet on his replacement.
According to Janus'
Web site, Iseman also serves as president and CEO of Janus Funds.
Janus spokeswoman Shelley Peterson said that the executive team is "evaluating the best structure going forward" and that "it hasn't been determined whether a successor will be named."
Iseman became Janus Capital Group's COO in May of last year. He has been with Janus and its subsidiaries since 1996.
