China Investment Corp., the country's $200 billion sovereign wealth fund, is on the hunt for external money managers, Rick Carew wrote in today's Wall Street Journal Fund Track Column. CIC plans to hire firms to actively manage funds in the following categories: global stocks, emerging markets, Asia excluding Japan, and other developed markets outside the U.S. Interested parties have until December 20 to submit their credentials and until January 15 to turn in all application documents.
