SimCorp has been recognized by the fourth annual FinTech 100 rankings as one of the top technology providers to the
financial services industry worldwide.
This marks the second year in a row that SimCorp, a leading provider of
investment management software, has been included on the list.
The FinTech
100 provides a comprehensive picture of financial institutions' spending on technology, and offers a window on forces that are changing the
industry. The FinTech 100 is compiled annually by American Banker,
SourceMedia' s flagship publication for banking and financial services
professionals, and by global independent advisory firm Financial Insights,
an IDC company.
Companies chosen for the list are categorized and evaluated based on 2006
fiscal year-end revenues and their percentage of financial services
revenues.
"SimCorp is pleased to be a part of the FinTech 100, amongst other
companies that continue to experience strong industry demand for financial
technology and knowledge," said Peter Soerensen, president SimCorp USA.
