Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC is now the administrator, fund accounting agent and transfer agent for the Caldwell & Orkin Market Opportunity Fund. Ultimus has replaced ALPS Fund Services, Inc.

Share Classes

The Eaton Vance New York Municipal Income Fund and the Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Multi-Cap Growth Fund will no longer offer Class B shares.

Investment Strategy

On May 1, 2017, the Absolute Return Multi-Manager Portfolio, a series of the Neuberger Berman Advisers Management Trust, will shift its strategy and no longer be managed using a multi-manager strategy.

As of September 30, the Copeland International Dividend Growth Fund has shifted its strategy and will now track the MSCI World ex U.S. Index.

Rebranding

On November 16, the BlackRock Funds II will undergo a name change and rebranding. The BlackRock LifePath Active Retirement Fund is renamed BlackRock LifePath Smart Beta Retirement Fund. The BlackRock LifePath Active 2020 Fund is renamed the BlackRock LifePath Smart Beta 2020 Fund. The BlackRock LifePath Active 2025 Fund is renamed the BlackRock LifePath Smart Beta 2025 Fund. The BlackRock LifePath Active 2030 Fund is renamed the BlackRock LifePath Smart Beta 2030 Fund. The BlackRock LifePath Active 2035 Fund is renamed the BlackRock LifePath Smart Beta 2035 Fund. The BlackRock LifePath Active 2040 Fund is renamed the BlackRock LifePath Smart Beta 2040 Fund. The BlackRock LifePath Active 2045 Fund is renamed the BlackRock LifePath Smart Beta 2045 Fund. The BlackRock LifePath Active 2050 Fund is renamed the BlackRock LifePath Smart Beta 2050 Fund. The BlackRock LifePath Active 2055 Fund is renamed the BlackRock LifePath Smart Beta 2055 Fund.

Fees

On October 25, the Deutsche X-trackers High Yield Corporate Bond - Interest Rate Hedged ETF and the X-trackers Emerging Markets Bond - Interest Rate Hedged ETF will reduce their unitary management fees.

On November 1, the JP Morgan Ultra-Short Municipal Fund will update its annual fund operating expenses.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Calvert Investment Management has entered into an asset purchase agreement with Eaton Vance Management, a newly-formed subsidiary of Eaton Vance, to operate as Calvert Research and Management, as reported by the MFWire.
